Receiving an error message, blank/flashing screen, or other problems while playing video? Please refresh your screen and see the checklist below to troubleshoot and ensure that you're getting the highest quality stream:
- Network: make sure to connect to a high-speed network (not WIFI), with no firewalls in place (ex: some schools, offices, etc. have firewalls in place that will block streaming)
- Browser: make sure you are viewing games in the most up-to-date version of your browser. If there is a problem, please try from more than one browser to see if it continues (Chrome, Safari, Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
- Device: please try viewing from both a computer and your smartphone/tablet, and see if the problem continues to occur.
